Who We Are
Keystone Asset Management LLC is the parent entity behind KECCS — the Keystone Escrow-Based Compliance & Consulting System. We are a compliance, consulting, and asset management firm headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, built to serve businesses, community organizations, and growth-stage companies that take operational integrity seriously.
We don't sell fear. We build structure. Our mission is to help organizations move from reactive to institutional — replacing guesswork with documented processes, replacing risk with readiness, and replacing disorder with systems that hold up under scrutiny.
Why KECCS Exists

The Founder
KECCS was designed and built by Jalil-Dawud Abdullah, Founder and Managing Member of Keystone Asset Management LLC. With a background in institutional architecture, systems design, and operational compliance. Jalil created KECCS to address a gap he saw across industries — organizations operating without the structural protections they need, not because they don't care, but because no one gave them a clear system to follow.
Keystone's approach is grounded in a simple principle: compliance should protect, not punish. Every system, service, and deliverable is designed to build capacity, not create dependency.
