The Vendor Intake Portal is the secure entry point where vendors complete compliance, upload required documents, and activate their KECCS profile for marketplace visibility and escrow eligibility.

Required Compliance Documents

Vendors must upload:

- Government‑issued ID

- Business registration documents

- Proof of insurance

- Certifications (if applicable)

- W‑9 or tax documentation

- Any industry‑specific compliance documents

Identity & Business Verification

KECCS performs identity verification, business legitimacy checks, EIN validation, insurance verification, certification validation, and risk scoring.

Activation Fee

Vendors pay a one‑time onboarding fee covering document verification, identity checks, compliance automation, marketplace listing activation, and escrow eligibility.

Profile Activation

Once verified:

- Vendor profile becomes active

- Vendor appears in the Marketplace

- Vendor becomes eligible for escrow projects

- Vendor gains access to Add‑Ons

- Vendor receives a KECCS verification badge
